Rules To be eligible to participate, you must be an invited member (staff, volunteers, partners) of the R.O.C.K. Family and you must complete waiver. Because of who we are, we like to live and play just like we teach our children and youth. In participating, please keep in mind the following: - Be mindful that there will be people of all skill levels. While friendly competition is encouraged, rough-housing, unfair play, intimidation, etc. is highly discouraged. - Be encouraging to others and be sure to have fun. - No putdowns or trash talk. - If you are feeling like things are getting a bit heated with tempers flaring, take yourself out of the game and situation before things get out of hand. - For close plays, be friendly and give the call to the other team. - Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym. |
